Vancouver Mortgage seeks an experience loan officer. The position requires two years experience originating residential mortgages for a mortgage banker or a mortgage broker. A strong sales background and solid computer skills highly desireable.

All loan officers are W2 paid employees. We do not employ "independent contractor" loan officers. The position is paid on commission only. In addition to an excellent compensation plan, free medical and dental benefits are provided to the employee.
Seeking a Senior Loan Processor capable of processing Govt. and Conventional A and B-C-D Paper. Processor is expected to close 20+ files per month in a highly automated environment. Underwriting certification a plus. Must possess reasonable computer skills in the Windows environment.
