  • REPLACE YOUR BULBS EVERY YEAR - OLD BULBS ARE USELESS
  • UV light fixtures larger than 120 Watts are special order items
  • Buy a light that is rated for the size of pond, too small won't work very well
  • Make sure your pump won't "overflow" the light (in other words, if you have a 500 gallon pond and buy the 15 watt light, but you then attach a pump that flows 900 gallons per hour, the water is moving so fast the bulb has no time to work. See the Max Flow rating for each fixture, listed with the light)

Frog or Koi Spitter Statue is 17 inches tall, 15 inches long and 14 inches wide, with 3/4 inch water inlets both front and back (so you may choose where you connect the output of your pump) and a 15 foot electric cord (UL listed) plus a 2 inch clean out on the bottom

The Frog or Koi Spitter will CLARIFY a pond of up to the number of gallons shown in the table (Clarify means to kill the floating algae so you do not have green water) but do not expect the Frog or Koi Spitter to STERILIZE and kill bacteria as is performed by a much larger UV light, or the same size fixture when used with a much smaller pond
