Plants damaged in shipment please contact the carrier, we insure each shipment for the amount of value only. Unless specified by you we will choose either USPS or FedEx.         To place an order please email your plant requests to us at orders@septembersong.net along with your zip code which calculated with the weight of your order will determine your shipping cost. We will check on the availability of your desired plants and confirm that we have them in stock.  After we confirm your order by email you can then pay by calling or faxing us at 360-274-8853 with your credit card, complete name and home address,(* please add a shipping address  if different from your home address), and your home telephone number. If paying by check please allow a few additional days to process your order.     We will send you a confirmation that your order has been sent to the email that you have given us.  We reserve the right not to ship plants during extremes in weather or temperatures assuring you receiving quality plants.
