Molded Chevron Belting |
| In order to prevent material slippage and thus increase efficiency, William J. Chevron invented a method of producing "profile belting", where the profile was a projection attached to, and at right angles from, the belt top surface. |
| The term "Chevron" is a description of cleats (also referred to as profiles) arranged in a pattern across the belt. Cleats are available in a broad range of configurations. Some of the more popular include Standard & Beefy Cleats, Mini-Cleats, Food Cleats, T-Cleats and Scoop Cleats. |
| Our integrally molded belt chevrons are available in a broad variety of cross section designs which provide the means of conveying both wet and loose material on uphill/incline drives. |
