Several
times a month in winter, and always on the major winter holidays, snowshoe/ski
trips headed out into the Sierra. The Sierra Club huts were popular
and available: a turkey with all the trimmings was generally the
highlight meal of the trip. Above is Patrick Sheible, age 11 months,
approaching Peter Grubb hut. |
