Standard Text Settings
This routine design to set standard Text Hight Settings. It will set Standard text hight
to 1/8" (0.125), Subtitle text hight to 3/16" (0.180) and Title text hight 1/4" (0.250).
All hight settings are based on your current DIMSCALE setting, hight will be set accordingly.
Current text style and current Layer will be used and standard MTEXT command will be
initiated.
