This simple program written to help create Custom Field and place them in to the drawing
inside Title Blocks, Tables or where appropriate.
It will create Custom Fields (viewable from DRAWING PROPERTIES dialog box).
If some already exist you will be prompt if you want to see them, so you can delete unwanted or just click OK
and program will ask if you want to continue, just follow the prompts
