9. NOTES
I wrote this lisp routine to handle large amount of notes to insert into the drawing or annotate
notes created previously with this program. You can use text file created in Word, just save them
as Text Only With The Line Break. Or create/annotate by selecting notes by window
(if notes were not created by this program you have to select them one by one in reverse order).
This routine was tested for Window 3.1/95 and uses shell to DOS and dos EDIT for annotations.
It was not tested in Windows NT. Plese let me know if it workes in R14.
