Finaly ALL BUGS are fixed, thanks to your input.
First create directory C:\NCC on C drive (if you want different drive go to
ncc.lsp and change c: to whatever drive) unzip ncc.exe in to C:\NCC directory.
Load NCC.LSP type NCC at command prompt to run.
This Utilities design to work with R12 trough R2000. Help however will work
with R13 through R2000. There for it uses only rectangular shapes for Vports.
By selectind SCALE SETTING button you can set DIMSCALE/LTSCALE wia
Scale Setting dialog box. Than main dialog box reappier - reflecting changes
made. Now you can either start PSPACE dialog box (help included)
for creating automatically new vports, while in model space, or use
NAVIGATE button easely navigate between existing VPORTS just by clicking
on desired VPORT and than clicking on VPOT NAME-SCALE in upper right corner to
go automatically to modelspace - view will be restored and DIMSCALE/LTSCALE set
according to information in view name, VIEWLAYER TOGGLE button - just
to toggle ON/OFF VIEWLAYER (around vports) for plotting purpose.
I do not have access to A2000 anymore, PLEASE if somebody can test this programm
in AutoCAD2000, and if possible compile it in Visual LISP to see if it works.
