36. Variable Text Spacing

IT.LSP and IDT.LSP are two programs which allows you to change line
spacing (similar to options in R2000 MTEXT). They work in R14 and R2000.
IT.LSP works using regular TEXT and IDT.LSP - DTEXT. User can type
in text size and line spacing at command prompt, or pick points on the screen.
Very handy when working with tables.
