There are actually two programs combined in one for convinience of loading together in CHATT1.LSP
CHATT1.LSP will create a text files CHAT1.TXT and BN.TXT, first one will hold information to change
attributes in the block (as many as user will specify) and the other holds the name of theblock. So
if you, for instance, changing attributes the same way in titleblock of series of drawings you run CHATT1
once and than in next drawing (drawings) run CHAT1 on as many drawings as you need.
To run : Load CHATT1.LSP. At command prompt type CHATT1. Supply block name, than tag and a new value
for every attribute you want to change and press ENTER. If you need to repeat same changes in more than
one drawing for the same block, open those drawings and (load CHATT1) and run CHAT1 (instead CHATT1).
