Those are very simple utilities which just simplified some of the standard ATTEDIT command
functions. There are two lisp routines ATH.LSP and ATP.LSP combined into one ATHP.LSP
routine so it loads and runs from dialog box. They are not a subroutines so they can be
used without dialog box if you choose so. With this dialog box you can change attributes
position (click "Reposition" button or type ATP at command prompt) or hight (click "Change
hight" button or type ATH at command prompt).
