Low protein Jello substitute

4 cups fruit juice
1 pkg Slim Set pectin
1/4 c sugar

Mix juice, pectin and sugar in a large sauce pan.   Heat to a full, rolling
boil.  Pour into 1/2 cup containers and chill until cold.   Diced fruit may
be added, if desired, after the gelatin has cooled, but not fully set.

Pretty close to protein free.
