Combine carrots and applesauce in a food processor at high speed until
pureed.
Add brown sugar and oil. Mix together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pureed carrot mixture and stir until smooth and free of lumps. Stir in raisins. Put into a greased and flowered 8x12 cake pan and bake at 350°F
for 30-40 mins
