Kaomi: A Beautiful Special Girl
Kaomi is a lovely 11 year young spayed Bengal who needs a loving forever home.

I'll let her foster parents tell you all about her: Kaomi is a sweet, spayed female Bengal, who is eleven years young. She is a purebred Bengal, with papers. She is up to date on her vaccinations, has not been declawed, and has good litter box habits. She, too, is a victim of the latest economic troubles. Her dad lost his job, and had to sell his house. He went to work in Europe, and couldn't take Kaomi with him, so he placed her into rescue. Kaomi mourned the loss of her dad for several days, but has since become bonded to me. She loves to snuggle, and sleeps with me every night. Kaomi doesn't act old - she will chase a wand toy, and perform all kinds of crazy jumps and flips to catch it. When she does, she growls like she is some kind of fierce wild cat, and she doesn't want to let go of the toy, just like my three-year old Bengals! Kaomi is healthy overall, and has no major health issues. She does tend to over-groom herself, due to separation anxiety, but use of a calming collar has minimized this behavior. Kaomi does not get along with other cats, or even with kittens. I think she would do best in an environment where someone is home most of the time, and there are no other cats, so she will get plenty of attention from her person or persons.

Aramis & Zealle
Bonded Pair
They are inseperable. Aramis and Zealle are both being fostered in the Sacramento area. Zealle, a 3 year old spayed female, is very playful, loves attention and is people oriented, as you can see by her photos.
Aramis, for year old neutered male, is shy, but a very sweet F4 marble boy. He loves to be with his gal pal, Zealle and needs to be rehomed with her. Aramis is doing well in his foster home, can sometimes be held and petted, though he rather just hang with Zealle, often calling for her if she wanders out of his view. Zealle is pictured above Aramis.

Aramis and Zealle have this to say: Hi, we're Aramis (bottom) and Zealle (top). We are a bonded pair of marbled Bengal retired breeding cats. We really love each other.
Zealle: I'm a shy, very small, very friendly female, sometime too friendly when foster parents are eating yogurt!
Aramis: I'm a normal size male, more reserved, and I prefer Zealle's companys. I'll let people pet me and scratch my ears but I'm not too comfortable being held. Our foster mom likes to joke that when you adopt us, you'll be adopting Zealle for your pet and adopting Aramis to be Zealle's pet! It really is true! We're a great team and we're looking for a great home. Please adopt us!

Natasha
1.5 Year Old Spayed Girl
Needs a New Home ASAP!
Natasha, a beautiful marble, is about 1.5 years old. She needs a home where she has a human female companion to bond to, since she doesn't do well around men. Natasha also needs to be the only cat in the household.

The foster dad has this to say about Natasha:She is a quiet one, hardly ever talks, aloof but when she wants attention she jumps on my wife's lap and demands to be petted. She plays fetch with my nieces and nephews, they are 8 years old a little younger. She is about 10-12 lb.

Halo & Kila
Can be Separated
Halo and Kila are looking either for forever homes or a different foster situation. Halo is 4 years old, Kila is 2. Both cats are shy, but Kila has been coming more out of her shell. Unfortunately, Kila has started bullying Halo, so we think Halo would be happy rehomed separate from Kila. We also think she will become less timid when she is separated from Kila. Kila is shy, but not as timid. She does roll over and allow her belly to be stroked. These two girls need to be in quiet homes, with people who are willing to work with them and give them time to feel secure and safe.
They need to be in homes where there are no children or rambunctious dogs. They are fixed and fully vetted
Halo is the first pictured below, Kila the second pictures.

Jenga, Sweet and Loving
Jenga is an 8 year old spayed girl who gets along with other cats and loves people. She was originally surrendered to us because one of the people she lived with doesn't like cats. She is a perfectly mannered young lady who loves to play.

I'll let Jenga's foster mom tell you more about her personality: Jenga is a perfectly serene cat. She is as soft as flour. She gets along well with my other 4 cats. She prefers to bond with one person; a woman/girl. She has chosen me in my home as she sleeps in my bedroom. She loves to play and has a routine she enjoys; each morning & evening for about 30 minutes she really wants to run & play 'chase' with me. She is the queen of the fabric ribbon stick and adores catnip! She has been used to only bonding with women but I think the right cat loving guy could turn her head!

Cori & Covu
Bonded Pair
Covu recently met Cori, and they immediately bonded with each other. They are always found together sleeping, playing and having fun with each other. These two lovelies have to be rehomed together because of their loving bond.

Cori is a lovely, spayed one year old girl. Sweet Cori has quite a story that we will share with people who are interested in giving her and Covu a wonderful forever home. She is very affectionate and loves people. Cori is pictured in the first row, Covu in the second.

Cori's foster mom describes her: Cori is a very special cat. Cori loves to be loved and be where you are. She will lay on your shoulder and let you just pet and love her. Cori plays with almost anything that has movement. Cori is a little over a year old. She is spayed, chipped, and up to date on her shots. Cori would do best in a home where she and Covu are the only cats. She is good with older kids and a small dog. If you have time and love to give she and Covu will be your best friends.

Covu, a neutered boy around 2-3 years of age, came from a situation in New Mexico where around 35 Bengals, Savannahs and Cheetohs were surrendered to the shelter by the breeder. California Bengal Rescue was able to bring out quite a few of these babies. Covu is beautiful, and as mentioned above, is very bonded to sweet Cori.

Covu's foster mom has this to say about him: Covu is a great cat with lots of personality. Covu loves people and likes to talk to you. Covu so far only gets along with 1 other foster 'Cori' and doesn't pay attention to the dog. Covu and Cori make a great pair together as they play ball together and when Covu is done or is ready to sleep he goes in the bedroom and shuts the door. Covu is 2-3 yrs old, neutered, microchiped, and up-to-date on shots.

If you are interested in both Cori & Covu, please contact Marilyn by e-mail: marilynk1@sbcglobal.net
