(formerly VoiceStream Wireless) is a one-story, 24 feet tall,
70,000 square foot building housing 450 plus Customer Care Center
Representatives. The facility provides corporate office space
and a full workout gym with locker room facilities. The building
is precast concrete and was completed in five months. Sustainable
construction aspects include the extensive use of skylights resulting
in a substantial energy and cost savings by utilizing natural
light.
