North Mall Office Building

The North Mall Office is the “Pilot Project” under the Executive Order on Sustainability. The three story office building will be 115,000 sf with a 64,000 sf, 180 space parking structure. Some sustainability features include the reuse of topsoil, storm water planters and “eco-roof”, non-potable water irrigation system, sunscreens to control heat, air conditioning refrigerant is free of harmful chemical compounds, high percentage of fly-ash in concrete, and a percentage of wood products from sustainable sources.
