This Class A, four-story, 44,000 sf office building houses the
Local Government Center, Oregon School Board Association, League
of Oregon Cities and the Association of Oregon Counties. This
was a public CM/GC project and was delivered on time and under
budget. Construction was structural steel with brick and glass
exterior skin.
