Medicine and Rehabilitation Center
The
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center was completed in
three
phases. The four-story Rehabilitation Center was completed in
Phase I, encompassing floors 2-4, and Phase III, the remodel
of
the first floor. Phase II was the complete interior remodel of
the Franzen Building, located adjacent to the Rehabilitation
Center
on the Hospital campus. Phases I and III totaled 8,000 sf. Included
was the Physical Therapy Department with new equipment, the
Diabetes
Education Center,
two physician tenant offices, the relocation of “Easy Street”
components, repair and modifications in the Therapy Pool area
and the remodel of the Ortho area. LCG Pence Construction, LLC also remodeled 10
patient rooms for the overnight stay of stroke-recovery patients.
