on active hospital campus. As Construction Manager/General
Contractor, LCG Pence Construction, LLC teamed with facility management and architect
during design to develop project scope, budget and schedule,
in
addition to providing all general contracting services.
Design
is accented with brick veneer exterior, skylights and curvilinear
