Cascade Steel Rolling Mill Cascade Steel Rolling Mill is a 1200 foot-long pre-engineered metal building built in 1995 over an existing craneway. The completed building totals out at 130,000 sf of production space. The rolling mill produces heated steel billets that are then rolled into rebar and wire. The equipment foundations totaled out at approximately 13,900 cubic yards of concrete.
