Umpqua Bank - Lancaster

Umpqua Bank is a 4,572 square foot single-story wood-frame structure on concrete slab. Incorporated into the unique customer-service aspects of the bank are an investment center, a loan center, a banking center and lounge area. The flowing wave pattern is accented throughout with curved soffits and radius screens. The pre-cast vault was placed by crane and bolted into place.

Umpqua Bank - South Commercial

A 3,612 square foot stylized bank was built under a negotiated contract. South Umpqua Bank is located on a high-visibility thoroughfare with several retail and food establishments in the nearby shopping complex.
