project performed by LCG Pence Construction, LLC. The 2,773 square foot bank was
built under a negotiated contract.

Downtown Salem
LCG Pence Construction, LLC performed the general contractor duties for this remodel
in the historic Capital Center. Craftspeople
repaired the existing time damaged millwork and perfectly matched
it with the new black
walnut doors, cabinets and wainscoting. The old carpet was removed
to reveal the original marble floors and custom art glass was
installed around the teller windows.
