Full conversion of 105,000 square feet of circuit board assembly space into Class A office within active high tech campus. Work included extensive demolition, seismic upgrades, complete mechanical package replacement, new raised floor M/E systems and high-speed Internet/telecom systems. Careful phasing and effective construction protocols minimized the impact of the project on ongoing facility operations.
