Necanicum
Village Assisted Living Center is a 24-hour care, fully handicapped
convertible, dementia unit equipped facility set on a 5.5 acre
secluded and wooded site.
The facility
is a 50,000 sf, two-story, wood framed structure finished to blend
with the surrounding coastal architecture. It features 68 one-
or two- bedroom living units of which 27 are dedicated to dementia/Alzheimer’s
patients. Necanicum is equipped with a full service commercial
kitchen along with partial kitchens in all units, a full service
beauty salon, and a library/media room.
