A new 66-unit assisted living facility consisting of three stories of wood frame construction, with brick and stone accents. As Construction Manager/General Contractor, LCG Pence Construction, LLC joined forces with developer and architect during design for ongoing budget development, plan review, scheduling and value engineering.
