QUALIFICATIONS:
Terry’s experience includes over $200 million in hospital construction, retail centers in six states totaling over 1,500,000 SF, high tech manufacturing and fab facilities in four states totaling over 1,500,000 SF. Terry’s experience also includes senior care facilities, multi-family residential projects, office buildings and parking structures. He has been personally responsible for projects up to $65 million in size, managing over 600 key personnel.

With his decades of field experience, acute problem-solving skills and unique combination of uncompromising management and a down-to-earth style, Terry brings a highly effective leadership approach. He has built an outstanding reputation for meeting and exceeding owners’ schedule and budget expectations, while maintaining the highest construction quality standards.
