Dave has managed projects ranging from schools, hospitals, office buildings, transit malls, retail, and industrial. His experience in budget estimating, cost control, scheduling, project management and his pleasant nature have given him the opportunity to build outstanding relationships with owners and subcontractors. Dave has recently been promoted to head Pence/Kelly's field operations as Vice President of Operations.
