About Vancouver USA

Religious School

In the summer of 1994, a group of parents in the JCASW joined together and helped form a religious school. Our goal was, and is, to serve the diverse spiritual and educational needs of our community’s children. We do this by providing a well balanced Jewish educational experience, including:

bulletTorah/Bible
bulletHistory
bulletEthics
bulletHolidays
bulletIsrael
bulletBasic Judaism & Prayer
bulletBeginning Hebrew

In 2006, we began our weekly Hebrew school and b'nei mitzvah preparation classes at our new Kol Ami Learning Center (KALC).  Our experienced educators and administrators are made up of a mix of both volunteers and paid professionals. In addition to overseeing the entire program, Rabbi Aviva provides the majority of the teaching for our older students while Rivkah Coburn leads our younger students.
