| _ Balance: Living one's own individual pattern. Real balance is being caring and compassionate, yet not sacrificial. Balance is setting limits and living one's standards, yet not imposing one's values or making excessive demands. Balance is being able to expand, yet also ability to narrow and concentrate. True balance is living fruitfully in the world of Illusion, while having solid awareness of Reality. Balance is flexibility. It is equilibrium. Basilisk: Various meanings - a legendary serpent, dragon or lizard. Is said the basilisk breath or glance was fatal. Basilisks do exist on the inner planes. It is one of the more common Phantom animal energy forms. Body: A vehicle of a specific vibratory rate. Besides the physical body, we have either one body, or a motion on each of the other eleven planes of consciousness. Body vehicles are built in involution. Body vehicles are expanded on the evolutionary side. The three minds operate through the bodies. Pages of Shustah uses twelve bodies in consciousness. These bodies are connected by threads of light. This webbing connects the whole personality. The Huna philosophy uses the term Aka threads. Bridge: The connection between the plane of Reality and the lower reflective plane of Illusion. The bridge connects the Green Desire Body to the Gold Egoic Body. It is the crossover point of lower astral to upper astral. The bridge is composed of what passes over it. The bridge is constructed of the green strands of the desire nature, and the golden strands of the conscious soul's struggle for balance.
