Sanskrit: Classical old Indic literary language. Was cultivated in 3rd century B.C. and onward. Is still used by some persons. Also spelled: Sanscrit. Example of Sanscrit - the statement: Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.

Shanti means "peace." This exhortation to peace is common in Eastern monasteries. It is comparable to the Latin phrase: Pax Vobiscum - Latin meaning "Peace be with you." Esoterically languages as Sanskrit, Latin and Hebrew have a much different energy and frequency than our more common "today" languages.

Saturn: Astrological energy is structure, resistance, pressure. Often a "heavy" feeling. Saturn is defining, coming to concrete terms. It sets limits and forces operating within boundaries.
Color: Indigo

Scale & Relativity: Everything in living has dimension, and everything in some way relates to something else. Value of Shustah is expansion of consciousness. One learns to expand in thinking, to suddenly see the obvious which was not previously apparent. One learns contrast, to compare opposing ideas, and one learns to focus, to zero in on one thought - to condense. Ann's feeling that unless the esoteric student understood scale and relativity, in their own terms, they did not fully grasp the wisdoms.

Scorpio: Astrological focus is powerful, passionate and secretive. Scorpio is more patient, slower than some signs, but stays the course. Results may come later, and Scorpio tends not to let go. Each Seed Atom contains complete memory and record to its own plane of consciousness. Seed Atoms are the permanent records of personality, carried forward from life to life. Seed Atoms are immortal, can not be destroyed. Seed Atom is actually a "motion" [not a full body of consciousness].
Color plane is silver.

Sefer Yezirah: Book of Creation in the Kabalah. Is based on numerology. Is an account for the creation of the world.

Sense: Beyond the five physical senses, are the sixth and seventh. The sixth sense obeys the mandate of the Written Akashic Record. The seventh sense obeys the command of the Spoken Akashic Record.

Sensitivity: There are two types, psychological, and psychic. The first is a personality trait. The second is psychic awareness or knowing, and is related to the color cream.

Sharps: Above the conscious aspects of personality. Hidden within one's consciousness are sharps and flats. They act as counter-weights in the development and expansion of personality. They are simply personality components, yet to be integrated. Sharps are assigned to the silver realm of consciousness. The sharps and flats, when they surface to conscious level, force one to look at what is not normally confronted. See: Flat

Shekinah: Taken from the Hebrew, Shekinah means to dwell, the manifestation and presence of God; Divine Presence. One's personal Shekinah is positioned above the evolutionary placement of one's incarnated living. Is like a beacon in a watch tower. On the indigo plane is the mystery of one's personal Shekinah.

One view of the major systems is:
1. Our Solar System
2. Draco - the Dragon
3. Ursa Major - the Great Bear
4. Ursa Minor - the Small Bear
5. Canis Minor - Andromeda
6. Canis Major - particularly Sirius
7. Pleides - The Seven Sisters

Entities incarnated on earth are also from many others places, for example Orion. It is believed many entities must come first to earth, and later can go to other planets of our Solar Group.

Solar Logos: Adonai Malakh; our God. Soul as well as consciousness, comes from our own Solar Logos. We live within the Being of our Solar Logos. "Body" of the Solar Logos is composed of Living Monads.

Solar Opposite: Monads come forward in pairs, each having One polarity, and each one having acknowledgement of the other. One's Solar Opposite, is Its Unself, that is the other half of Itself. "These four first fragments projected from the two Solar Opposite
Monads are called the First Born." Pages of Shustah p. 304

Soul: Shustah acknowledges three souls, a trinity. The first and most evolved of the souls, is the Superconscious Soul - a spiritual one. It corresponds to the indigo Psyche level. The second soul is the subconscious animal soul, which resides in the solar plexus. This soul belongs to the Unself, the russet body. Youngest soul, is the moral soul, or ego. It resides in the heart. All three souls are to be honored, exercised in accordance to their duties and purpose. A soul may or may not express intelligence, or a varying degree of intelligence. Each soul is a center, or point of residence for a mind.

Soul-mate: An easily misunderstood concept. Actually the search for one's perfect mate derives from the energy connection of the two Parent Fragments in one's Spiritual Family, who take care of the younger fragments of the Family group. Is the desire to be united with the rest of Self and the Swarm. This yearning becomes more easy to handle, the more one spiritually develops. Realistically and logically, the chances of one's so called soul-mate being incarnated at the same time as you, the "proper" chronological age bracket, and right gender for one, is remote. The soul-mate is rarely met on the physical level, and when it does occur, is often a spiritual experience and relationship. May never be of an intimate physical congress.

Spiritual Family: A mandala or circular design in which all souls or entities belong to one formal grouping. Biological families change from life to life. Spiritual Families are eternal. Once a person becomes part of a Family, ever they belong to that Family, and their position in the Family does not change. Only sixteen fragments and Its Solar Opposite are possible per sector. Number of sections vary, as does the size, goals and directions of the Family. One may when incarnated know some Family members. Other Family members may not be incarnated at the same time. Spiritual Families have specific work, such as metaphysics, physical science, politics, economics, art, and so forth. Mandala: Another name for Spiritual Family. Also used are the terms Spiritual Mandala, and Monadic Family.

Spiritual Force & Memory: The silver plane of consciousness. Plane of abstract force - polarity becomes the unity of complete harmonic balance. On this plane the Seventh Death occurs, the merging of ego with Self.

Spiritual Form & Motion: The violet plane of consciousness. Here live the brilliant hosts of Devas, mindless Planetary Builders, and Archangels. The Sixth Death takes place on this plane, that of samadhi. This Death is that of trance.

Spiritual Law: A truth; verity. The various laws of Divinity are absolute and immutable. Of all the changes in one's living, one can always rely on Spiritual Laws. Everything else is up for grabs.

Spiritual Laws: They are reliable; do not change.
Examples of Spiritual Law are:
Karma
reincarnation
law of manifestation and limitation
law of correspondences

Spools: One of the twelve levels of consciousness. One of the five undeveloped bodies. Color is cream. Is Region of Integration. There are twelve spools within each human aura. They are messengers of the Permanent Seed Atoms of one's personality. "The spools are the working thread, the aka threads, with which the personality takes in a greater development." Pages of Shustah p. 289 The Moon etheric double causes the activity of the Spools with human auras.

Subconscious: The portion of one's personality having to do with memory, habits, and is the vehicle of psychic ability. The subconscious is not able to make decisions, since it relies on habits, and has no moral dictates. Moral decisions and judgments are up to the egoic self, the conscious you. The subconscious is much older than the incarnated you of this life. In that context, the subconscious is like an older sister for a woman, like an older brother to a man. In each life, you retain the same subconscious. Likes and dislikes, fears as well as abilities of talent and understanding are actually subconscious traits. It is well to name your subconscious. Much talk in current society about the subconscious. Considerable illusion with this, as psychology has limited insight to the actual workings of subconscious energy. It is much like playing cards, lacking the Aces, Kings, Queens and Jacks. The esoteric person develops a comprehensive view and understanding of subconscious activity.

Sun: The basic physical energy of oneself, and how one moves through life. The Sun is egoic, is outer expression. One's Sun sign is the day of birth, ergo one's Birthday.
