 We specialize in the construction of large commercial and multi-family housing projects, low rise to mid-rise in height-a market that has not been adequately served until now. We've erected steel framing for almost one million square feet of retirement housing projects in Oregon, Washington, California. The construction industry has searched for an alternative to old-fashioned wood framing, and has found it in CyberSteel's LGSF projects and products. Our business model combines 30 years of architectural experience in the building industry with 15 years of software development for architects and engineers. Our years of experience in light gauge steel construction have allowed the CyberSteel team to design products and services focused to serve our customers wherever they are found.
To better serve our customers, we also provide pre-construction consulting services to architects, engineers, contractors and developers who are thinking of using LGSF for the first time. We believe in the collaborative 'team approach,' and we also provide value-added information services to most other subcontractors on the general contractor's building team which makes their jobs easier.
We execute because we've developed a unique blend of experience, proprietary software and information systems, all combined with simplified construction techniques. Our professional, hands-on approach, and our focus on project execution will dramatically reduce the LGSF learning curve for all members of the customer's design and construction team. We assist each member of the team with specialized information resources, technical help, and on-the-job assistance.
We manufacture prefabricated wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses. CyberSteel's specially trained steel-framing crews also perform the erection of the entire load-bearing structural frame and interior non-bearing walls. We pride ourselves in our ability to successfully execute an entire LGSF structure at prices and schedules competitive with old-fashioned wood framing. |
