TYPICAL SCOPE OF WORK

CyberSteel typically consults with the design team; prepares shop drawings for the fabrication of LGSF materials; and orders and cuts materials to make prefabricated walls and trusses. We build the complete frame, including installation of all floor sheathing be it metal decking or plywood, and we install roof sheathing and miscellaneous metals including sub-fascias. Finally, we provide backing for the GC's Sheetrock subcontractor. A very detailed Scope of Work document is prepared prior to the start of construction.

LGSF MATERIALS

The LGSF materials we purchase are used in the assembly of wall panels, floor and roof trusses, and a host of other miscellaneous metal items required to complete a LGSF bearing wall structure. Our ability to quickly organize, order, and process the myriad pieces of LGSF is the key to our success.

We are not roll-formers of material such as studs or tracks, but we do purchase large quantities of stud and track materials from roll-formers who cut and package LGSF materials to our specifications. Roll-formed LGSF materials can be easily purchased from any number of locations in the U.S., and transportation becomes less costly because steel only weighs 40% of wood.
