strange days
this is the time
after the end of time
pixels fading flicker
the ants look up from the hill
as a god with too much power
and not enough Ritalin
pulls the plug
ending these strangest of days
at the next to last level
now we'll never see
what was behind that door
across that chasm
inside that chest
my heart beats once as I
put the joy stick down
no tears
over game over
