This is very simple routine which will put text string at selected point with
scale information, based on DIMSCALE and DIMLUNIT variables settings.
It will look like this example SCALE: 1/2"=1'-0" if DIMSCALE=24 and DIMLUNIT=4 or SCALE: 1"=100'-0" if
DIMSCALE=100 and DIMLUNIT=2, routine will use current text size, style and layer settings.
